What is BLIS
- BLIS is an electronic library providing news and information on Malaysia .
- The information in BLIS is contained in several modules as shown on the top panel.
- Click on each of the item on the top panel and a menu with sub-modules will appear.
- To access BLIS, you must first become a subscriber.
Site guide
The top panel indicates the main modules in BLIS. Under each of these module there are sub-modules from which you can do searches.
The top panel indicates the following :-

| [About BLIS] | Provides you with a summary of BLIS. |
| [Rate Sheet] | Provides you with the detailed rates for subscription of different modules. |
| [Subscribe] | Complete the form and we will process your request. |
| Authorisation for access will only be given upon signing of agreement with Bernama. Credit card payments have not been authorised as yet. | |
| [HELP] | Provides a guide to this web-site |

Site is best viewed in 1024 x 768 Resolution and Internet Explorer 6.0 & above or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 & above To change resolution of your screen go to [start] [settings] [control panel] [Display] [Desktop] [Settings] [Desktop Area] or contact your technician.
Searches
You may conduct a search on any of the main modules by typing a keyword and clicking on the search button on the top left panel. This is a global search and will give you results from all the modules in BLIS.
Click on any of the modules on the top panel and on any of the sub-modules you will see "Advanced Search" on the top right. If you wish to narrow your search by being more specific then click on "Advanced Search" and a Search Form will appear. Complete the form and click "Search" for more specific results.
